Mixed Antique Chinese Export Alter Fruits- Set of 5

Chinese altar fruits- traditionally placed on an altar as an offering to the gods, these fruits are meant to be filled with prayerful intention. A simple and beautiful reminder to show thankfulness, we like them scattered across a white cloth at meals. Pretty to behold and lovely to hold, these are also wonderful little objects to have on a desk or a side table. These little fruits bring flat surfaces to life. There are peaches in yellow and blue (symbolizing spring & longevity), longan, pomegranate, buddhas hand citron, apple and one little red one that looks like purple mangosteen. It would be fun to have napkins embroidered with these fruits to match the white cloth.
